Meskipun komik ini adalah karya Tony Wong, sebenarnya komik ini mengambil cerita berdasarkan novel silat karya Gu Long (Khu Lung) berjudul Juedai Shuangjiao (Dua jagoan). Tapak Sakti (Budhha’s Palm) Komik ini adalah karya Tony Wong yang dirilis oleh penerbit yang sama dengan Tiger Wong. Tapi karena saya tidak begitu mahir menggambar atau membuat ilustrasi maka saya memutuskan untuk menjadi penulis saja. Bahkan saya pun bermimpi menjadi komikus seperti Tony Wong. Terutama pada imajinasi Tony Wong yang luas tidak terbatas, benar-benar membuat saya kagum. In Malaysia translations he is called 'Dragon Long'.
In Indonesia translations he is also called 'Gold Dragon'. However, due to his blonde hair, in English translations he is called 'Gold Dragon'.
His name means 'Dark Dragon' or 'Black Dragon'. Shi Hei long usually fights using his nunchucks. The two fought, and Shi Hei Long's father mysteriously disappeared after the fight. Seui Gwat Muhn's leader invited Shi hei long's father to join his organization, but shi hei long's father refused. His father, being a Judo master, attracted the attention of the evil organisation, Seui Gwat Muhn (Chinese: 碎骨門). Together with his parents and his younger sister, his family of four lived in Macau.
Eighteen-year-old Shi hei long (Chinese: 石黑龍 Shi Hei Long) is of mixed Chinese and Russian descent.
